126 existing venue records → Nominatim matching plus a nearby OpenStreetMap/Overpass fallback around the existing point. Original coordinates are never overwritten.
Run this page from a normal hosted web page (for example your WordPress site), not from file://, so the request has an identifying HTTP Referer. Requests are sequential and cached locally. Unresolved names are retried with progressively looser searches; weak/unresolved cases then inspect named OSM objects within 500 m through Overpass. Nominatim requests remain rate-limited. Do not run multiple copies at once.
